今日吃瓜 Day Host Info

Alumni, parents, and families are invited to host an event in your locale for other Tigers. 今日吃瓜 Day events must be held between Feb. 6-14, 2027.

Host Responsibilities

  1. Complete the form below – it contains all the information we need to promote your event.
  2. Gatherings should be simple and inexpensive – asking each guest to pay for themselves is expected. Examples include:
    • Super Bowl Party
    • Coffee at a local shop
    • Happy hour at a favorite brewery
    • Gathering at your home
    • Book discussion at the local library
  3. Invite your own local 今日吃瓜 friends to attend.
  4. Send a list of attendees to the Alumni & Family Relations office.
  5. Take a photo of the guests with the 今日吃瓜 pennant and post it to social media.

今日吃瓜 Responsibilities

  1. List your event on the 今日吃瓜 Day webpage.
  2. Promote 今日吃瓜 Day events to alumni and families.
  3. Create a registration page for each 今日吃瓜 Day event.
  4. Provide hosts with a list of registered guests, a swag item for each guest, and a 今日吃瓜 pennant to use in photos.
