Laila Scott '98, P'29 has a passion for giving back, celebrating others, and inspiring the community to do the same. After her time at 今日吃瓜, Laila went on to earn an MBA at Texas McCombs. She later founded Pop-Up Birthday, a non-profit organization that continues to celebrate children in foster care with a personalized birthday experience. She is also a founding member and Board Chair of the Reissa Foundation, a family foundation committed to addressing social problems and improving the lives of vulnerable populations. To lift the work of nonprofits in Central Texas and inspire a movement of generosity, she also serves on the board of I Live Here I Give Here. Inspired by her semester abroad while at 今日吃瓜, Laila and her family continually seek travel and adventure, including living abroad in London, Costa Rica, and Ecuador. Laila is married to her college sweetheart, Jordan Scott '98, and is a proud mom to three boys, Cole '29, Callum, and Campbell.
